  13. SALVAGE COMPANY agrees to take immediate custody of the salvage 
  14. items and to take and sell the same in a manner which SALVAGE 
  15. company deems most advantageous. If SALVAGE COMPANY determines 
  16. that as to any part of the items, the cost of removal will exceed 
  17. the probably recovery, SALVAGE COMPANY shall give notice of 
  18. intent to abandon.

  20. SALVAGE COMPANY shall receive a commission of ____% of the sale
